الوصف الوظيفي
Oversee the progress and performance of multiple subcontractors and supervisors
Guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors
Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration
Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
Ensure that all teams follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
Uphold company standards of excellence and guaranteeing quality performance
Collaborate with office management for the planning of milestone events
Maximize company profits in the responsible region
المهارات
Ability to speak English and basic Arabic language (Required)
Work in south area like Tabuk, Baha, Jazan, etc (Required)
Strong communication skills to handle coordinating tasks
Leadership Skills: Regional managers have to keep their subcontractors and supervisors motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions.
Time Management: Regional managers work with multiple subcontractors across one or more regions. So regional manager might have to create schedules, material requirements and write report in order to make sure everything gets done
Problem-solving skills: especially in situation of high stress
Have experience on telecommunication project management(Preferred)
Ability to generate various of reports displaying regional performance
