Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:

  • Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
  • Maintain close relations with fleet owners/ Customers.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of Trucks.
  • Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
  • Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
  • Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Offers test drives in line with Reg Sales Manager.
  • Understanding customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
  • Explaining warranties and services.
  • Be ready for trainings and developments courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA)
  • Flowing the process of sales from leads stage, convert to opportunity, commercial offer until reaching coordinating team and subsequent confirmation for the customer.

Task/s:

  • Daily visits and follow – up with Customers.
  • Maintaining Forecast Plans in Regular Basis with the line manager
  • Find new potentials/ Customers.
  • Prepare offers.
  • Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
  • Maintaining customers database.
  • In line with Reg Sales Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
  • Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices.
  • Check & recommend realistic market acceptable price levels to meet competition.
  • Maintain C4C Activities (Filling Accurate information related to customers Calls, and visits)
  • Feeding C4C with Accurate Information.

Communications:

  • Report to the Reg Sales Manager.
  • In line with Reg Sales Manager, communicate with Marketing and Sales Directors.
  • In line with Reg Sales Manager, communicate with C4C Supervisor.
  • In line with Reg Sales Manager, Communicating with Sales coordinating Department.

Competencies:

  • Good conduct and attitude
  • Good command in Excel, PowerPoint and other MO apps
  • Good command in writing and verbal communication skills
  • SAP knowledge is a plus point
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • A passion for sales and customer satisfaction

KPIs:

  • Meeting given dead and timelines
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
  • The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests
  • Ensure satisfaction of Customers
  • Punctuality (meetings, business visits, office timings).
  • Sales target achievements.
  • Be Ready for any Change in the Forecast plans/Target.
  • Any other KPIs that could form a part of responsibilities.
