Office Helper job summary:

Offer refreshments to clients, visitors and management. Ensure kitchen and toilet cleanliness, and availability of supplies.

Office Helper duties and tasks:

· Order food

· Order food for clients, visitors and management.

· Ensure availability of kitchen supplies such as soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea and sugar.

· Prepare drinks and snacks such as coffee, tea and fruit juices for clients, visitors and management.

· Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools and toilet.

· Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.

· Dusting ceilings, light fittings.

· Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.

· Emptying trash cans.

· Washing and drying windows monthly.

· Washing parking monthly.

· Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.

· Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.

المهارات
Office Helper Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar role or in hotel – spa.

· Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.

· Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
